This gorgeous vintage collar trim is ivory crochet. Circa the 1930s or 1940s, certainly pre 1950s, I believe. 3" wide at the widest. 28" long. Looks and feels like a rayon or similar to me.
There are no closures and its meant to be sewn into a dress or blouse neckline, but one could easily add a snap or something and make it a detachable collar to wear with multiple clothing items.
Excellent vintage condition.
